Here comes, the Abdominator

Hey everyone!

I just thought I'd post a quick Hi, to introduce myself. I started off weight training when I was 17 and I weighed 125 lbs. After consistent weight training and improved nutrition, I now weigh 175 lbs. and compete regularly in amateur bodybuilding competitions. Hopefully I'll be able to add something positive to the forum.

If you ever have any questions or comments, feel free to PM me. I'm currently performing a 22 month bulking phase for my next competition in 2007. My goal is to reach 195 lbs. by December 2006, and then compete at 180-185 lbs. in Spring 2007.
