Default Halfway DONE MY CUT!! 11% or 12%

Okay everyone... here are my half way pics for my cut.

To understand where I am coming from and what I have done as bodybuilder/powerlifter.

Year at a Glance: http://ironmass.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6274
Post Bulk Pics: http://ironmass.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6394
Summer: http://www.ironmass.com/general-disc...an-summer.html

So I have taken about 5% or 6% of my fat off. I don't know my weight (I havn't taken it for about 2 or 3 months), but I imagine I am sitting around 167. With my waterweight back, I'd be around 175 or so.

My plan is to go on a 3 week clean bulk as a long refeed to get back my water, atrophied mass and rev my metablism up.

My cut thus far has not bee perfect, but pretty solid. I am extremely active during the work week, so I eat around 3200 kcals daily and have been dropping fat nicely. After that re-feed, I'll cut the last 2 or 3% before I start my next 8 month bulk into next summer.

Comments and quiries are asked for.

Don't forget your multi

PS: Is that tumor like growth on my leg called a freakin Tear-drop?!?!

Looking good bro! You can really see the difference from the end of your bulk. Personally I think your lean enough already to start a clean bulk but if your dead set on getting totally ripped your not far off.

Yeah, I agree with DF and think you are ready to bulk up again.

Nice job on the cut.

That is a mean tear drop... Looks awesome..

Yeah man, you have done a hell of a job, looking lean and mean... really thick even though you are down weight. Good job, definitely sparred a lot of muscle.

Thanks for the responses everyone!

very inspiring. I think I am going to still do a clean bulk to "Freshen Up" and then finish my cut to single digits so I can get nasty for the entirety of the school year. I don't even think bulking more than a couple weeks during the summer is possible for me due to my very active dayjob.

I'll post pics at the end of the summer with my finished results.

Thanks for all the replies... especially all the experienced lifters!

The fat loss is easy to see and it doesn't look as though you lost any lean muscle tissue.

Ya done good there!
