| New Member | I am currently on a clean bulk, and trying to regain the size I had 2 years back Aiming for 1lb gain a week...anyway, enough talk onto the pics, stats and comments July 1st Weight : 154lbs, BF% 9 Bench : 70kg (154lbs) x 6 / Squat : 120kg (264lbs) x 2 / Deadlift : 160kg (352) x 1 ![]() August 1st Weight : 159lbs, BF% 10 Bench : 80kg (176lbs) +10kg/22lbs x 7 / Squat : 120kg (264lbs) x 5 + 2 reps / Deadlift : unknown (but aiming for 180kg on 3rd august) ![]() Comments : I'm quite happy with the strength gains, but as for the size and muscle.. I think i've yet to find the calorie sweetspot to get maximal muscle gains and minimal fat gains, so need to keep adding more slowly Have got a bit of water retention, but that's alright Thoughts welcome |
