I'm doing a ckd to lose fat. I am insulin resistant, which is one or two (depending on who you talk to) steps away from diabetes. But my condition can be controlled by diet and exercise. So I'm busting my butt with cardio and dieting.

I have about 20-25lbs to lose... from 225 to 200-205. After I lose the fat and stabilize my blood sugar and insulin at normal levels, I'd like to try a ckd bulk and increase my lifting. I may focus more on the plifting exercises, not that I was ever really into bodybuilding routines. My routines have always been a combination of both... powerbuilding, I call it.
