Default BobThePotatos progress pics.

Here are a couple pics.. no real posing just a single front bi, but you can still see the progress from it. I realy wish i could find a picture from when i started last september at 115lbs... In the first pic I am about 150-160lbs, in the second I am about 200lbs and in the third which i took just now I am about 194lbs.

the 150-160 was maybe... somewhere in janurary or february, the 200 was right before knee surgery.. which was 3 weeks ago, and the 194 of course taken half an hour ago, my measurments are the same at 194 as they were at 200 as well

lol, well actually not this september, last so a bit over a year and half i gained 85 lbs, which although isnt less than a year i like to think is still pretty good. I realy didnt do anything specific, ive always lifted heavy and hard, although i have yet to go on a strict and or set diet, which i plan on doing this summer to help me gain a lean 10lbs, which should come extremely easily considering i havent been able to work my legs in about 4 months, due to 2 knee surgerys, oh fun times

Ill try not to my goal is to squat 405 for at least a single by the start of school, sept 1st. Ive gotten down to 191, lost an inch on my waist and strength is still going up. My goal is to be 200 lean for september, we will see how it goes. If it happens ill take some actuall pics and post them up lol.
