Default A back shot.....

Here is what adding the deads in the end of Jan (jan 27th and I've got the log to prove it :p) has done for me. I've just been lifting heavy. Only doing 1 set of deads per workout.

Forgive the crappy pic, and the lighting made my left side / arm look really weird...anywho, the left arm is actually the bigger one, so that's a lighting issue. And since I'm holding teh camera myself, I didn't even try to flare out my other lat.

I'm eatting really shoddy ATM, so my waist is about 37-38" in that picture at 5'10/11".

Again, 2yrs, 2mos, training. Just gettin' started

I'll get more pics later, and please take it easy on me

edit: I removed the pic b/c I don't like to leave them online too long I'll be sure to post updates as they come.

deads & squats = meat and potatoes of BBing lifts, IMHO.

BTW, adding rack deads was great for my dead!

Start with knee-level rack deads and then start doing floor deads.

That should help.

I used to have back issues, this helps (other than having to crack my back from the compression ) me and my back feels stronger.

Doh! I didn't get to see either of them.

Oh well... better luck next time, I guess.
