Look'n good dude! I don't think your traps look all that small, I would just stick to the fundamentals (deads, shrugs, bent-rows, pullup/pulldown).
BTW, Your low back (the part of it that shows in that pic) looks like you have been doing your compounds, Keep it up!

Looking good bro! Nice size and shape, you have a good solid foundation to build on. As far as bringing out your peaks cable preachers are very good as well as concentration curls where you twist your wrist up at the top and flex and hold it for a second. Make sure you use light enough weight that you can do the movement properly and your bi's will start popping in no time.

I say bad but very common. It takes huge amount of weights to really work your back and considering your arms are the link they tend to fail long before your back would. You really need to focus on eliminating your arms as much as possible and making sure your sqeezing your shoulder blades together on rows and on pullups or lat pull downs concentrate on pulling your elbows into your sides instead of pulling up with your arms. You'll feel it the next day if you do it right.

When you do the back double bi pose like that: Flex your biceps Actually, whenever you're doing any pose, you should be flexing everything.

Peaks on your biceps are 1/3 bodyfat percentage, 1/3 bicep isolation movements, and 1/3 compound back movements Hammer curls are excellent, so are preacher curls. Preacher curls have great range of motion and you can really target the bicep doing them.

It's common to not feel like your working your back, because, quite frankly, your not working it correctly. It's hard to get it down pat as you can't see the muscles. When doing Pullup/Pulldown actions for the Lats, imagine youve got a water balloon between your shoulder blades, and your trying to pop it with your shoulder blades. Also, try to consciously not use your biceps during said exercises, think of them rather as 'hooks' that hold on to bar, whilst your back muscles do the action. I've almost got it down to my back does 90% of the work, but when it fails, my biceps try to kick in. I know then to stop the set and let my back recover til the next set.

Also, you also have to consider your body's disposition to DOMS. You might not be a 'back gets DOMS' person. For me, my hams hurt from mowing the grass, but I really have to focus in on my lats to make them feel 'worked.'

i've found that dumbell rows / pullbacks are good for getting at the lat. I don't know why but I've also 'felt' them in my back.
