Whats up guys... I have recently been becomming more active on this board... using it along side with many other boards. Well here i am.. 6'3 235 lbs. Please help me out and let me know everything i need to work on! thanks.

thanks boyz... the drawing is a drawing of a jet engine that i did for school. a drafting class.

I have been working hard and lean up a lil and tried to put on some more mass... right now i sit right around 240lbs hoping to hit 250lbs soon

it sux though.... all you tall people know what i mean... i keep gaining weight but don't notice much of a size difference

looking good bro! You've definately added muscle and dropped fat.

Nice progress, changes are very obvious. Added some good weight since you came aboard. More muscle, less fat is always the goal. WHat have you been doing?
