Default 5 years.. on and off..

I began training at home around June 2001 and well what a journey i've had, below is a breif summary my progress

The Start - June 2001

Height : 5'7", Weight 140lbs, BF% 12-13

this photo is about six weeks into training, when I had the mentatily to get ripped and try to have abs, but then i realised i didn't exactly have much else..lol so went on a bulk ..

Near Peak - December 2003
Weight 180lbs, BF% 14-16

i had trained fairly consistantly to this point, a few months were light at home, but did manage to improve my size and strength to a good degree and was pleased with results

Peak - June 2004

Weight 180lbs, BF% 8

trained and dieted damn'd hard, and was getting close to my ideal but soon after, things went wrong in other aspects of my life, which preventing me frrom training and dieting properly for a long time.. unfortunately i don't have any pics, since i was determined that i was going to keep on getting more ripped and take pics then, but well then never came..lol

Max Lifts were, 220kg (484lbs) Deadlift, 180kg (396lbs) Squat , 100kg (220lbs) Bench (yeh i know, my bench sucks)

Starting Again - May 1st 2006

Weight 168lbs, BF% 16+

Decided to get back into shape again, but had two problems 1 - lost a lot of muscle, and 2 - gained a lot of fat, so i decided to remove the excess fat first, so gave myself 8 weeks to drop as much fat as I could with minimal muscle loss

Cutting Over & Bulking Begins - July 1st 2006

Weight 154lbs, BF% 9

Right, first part done.. lost the fat..now time to clean bulk until the end of the year.. my aim is to get to 180lbs and keep BF% maximum of 12%

Will post monthly update pics til then

Lookn great at 9% bf.

Sweet rear double bi pic too. Huge shoulders (arms) and lats.

You really seem to know how to both cut and bulk the right way. Looking forward to the results of your new mass building program.
