You need a calculator but my fellow mod and extra helpful guy EME has a simple to use one on his site that he created. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | You could try a timed- carb diet. When carbs aren't being used, the are stored as glycogen or fat. so if you don't eat carbs when you don't need them, you won't put on that excess fat. idk just a random thought. EC

Open to suggestions Monday Squat 5x5 Bench 5x5 BB Row 5x5 Pullups 3x5 Assistance: Hypers 2x10 45lbs WEighted situps 2x10 45lbs Wednesday Squat 4x5 Inline Bench 4x5 Deadlift 4x5 Military(standing) 4x5 Assistance: BB curls 3x10 DB curls 3x10 Friday Squat 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 Bench 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 BB Row 4x5, 1x3, 1x8 Assitance: Weighted Dips: 3x8 Laying Tricep Extension: 3x10 and in the next couple of days Ill post my newest 5 day diet. Tried cleaning up a bit while steal eating around 3k calories. Ill post it to see what you guys think and maybe you can help out. |
