Default 1year Comparison Pics....

The time frame is 11months for two pics, 1 year for the other.

I posted these on bb.com and got some responses, so i thought i would post em here and see what responses im.com gives me.

Apart from eat, eat, eat. what else do i need to do? bodyparts? chest?

[legs, i do not workout as i am in season with football and leg workouts and running the next day does not workout [get it haha, ahh thats terrible] together. i tried it once and at training i couldn't finish and coach wasn't happy. so no leg workouts, my legs are twigs, but after season, i promise i will do a proper bulk and add mass]

Well your back looks a bit thicker but beyond that and a bit of an increase in chest size you haven't added that much. For years time you should be showing way more progress. That tell's me your diet is not sufficent and if your truly serious about changing your body your going to have to start eating like it.

I agree with DF, your back is definitely improved, but the rest of your body needs more work. How much weight have you gained during this time period? Post your diet and training regimen and I'd be happy to give you some specific advice.

Three things need to be worked hard:
LATS
DELTS
POSTURE

This can be accomplished by heavy lifting, eating lots of clean food, and standing up straighter.

His posture is only going to get so good due to the scoliosis he has, its not a reversible thing unfortunately. But defintely continue to eat clean and often, and lift hard, i would definitely say concentrate more on your front muscles now to catch up with your back. I would suggest compound movements to start with to get some bulk muscle on you, then you can concentrate on more isolation moves. Remember dumbells are your friends, I see way too many guys at my gym just hit up the machines and never touch a dumbell, then they wonder why they have the same size arms as a year ago. There is a lot of very knowledgeable people on here that are always willing to help so dont be afraid to ask. Good Luck
