Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | The time frame is 11months for two pics, 1 year for the other. I posted these on bb.com and got some responses, so i thought i would post em here and see what responses im.com gives me. Apart from eat, eat, eat. what else do i need to do? bodyparts? chest? [legs, i do not workout as i am in season with football and leg workouts and running the next day does not workout [get it haha, ahh thats terrible] together. i tried it once and at training i couldn't finish and coach wasn't happy. so no leg workouts, my legs are twigs, but after season, i promise i will do a proper bulk and add mass]

For years time you should be showing way more progress. That tell's me your diet is not sufficent and if your truly serious about changing your body your going to have to start eating like it. |
