Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 162 | Thanks J! I need to post comparisons like this from time to time that really highlight just how far I've really come. Sometimes I feel like progress is brutally slow or even non existant... especially when I'm in a "one month physique improvement" competition. But that makes me lose sight. The goal is not, nor will it ever be, to "lose 40lbs and have abs NOW". It's not only lifestyle, but it's collective effort. Every set of squats, every dead lift, everytime I go for a 3-4 mile walk around town... is just a grain of sand in the mirror, but the foundation of a mighty sand castle when it's all said and done. Week by week it doesn't look like anything changes. Year by year it sure as hell does. i was bored and in need of motivation so I was looking through my hundreds of thumbnailed progress pics on my computer. My first year of serious lifting I lost a LOT of weight. So far in my second year it really doesn't look like I've leaned out much at all, but I look like I damn near doubled in size permanently. My "birthday" is August 8th, which kicks off year 3. It will be interesting to see how far my third year of "life" brings me.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | It looks like you have gained 30lbs on your back (in muscle) between the two pics. Also you can seriously tell the difference in your lower back. Keep up the killer work ske.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I don't see a big difference. I'm just yanking your chain. I've said it before, I think your progress has been nothing short of amazing. Not only are you incredibly leaner, but the amount of muscle you added to your frame is awesome. Stay the course big Skel, you're doing fine.

| IronMass Vip | I know this is probably the nicest thing I've said since I've gotten to know you, or ever will say from here on out, but yes, you do show an extreme amount of improvement. And it's been over half an hour, so I don't need to throw things at you now.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 179 | What a huge difference. You look 'soft' in your before pics (although one can tell you have plenty of muscle underneath)...in your comparison pics you're so much leaner/muscular. You're lats are wider and your arm & back muscles much more defined. Killer traps btw. (I want those! Well my own that is. )Fantastic progress! ~D~

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 162 | Thanks D! I never used to have traps until after I did my first serious bulk. Here's my bulk/cut pics where I permanently added a crap load of size to my frame... I think this is impressive personally lol...![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
