I`m in the low 170`s and I`m 5`9. Here are a few pics which I will be updating along with some progress reports once every 2 weeks. This is my 3rd competition and I`m going to give it all I got 110%. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | thanks guys I got some new pics done @ 16 weeks out... front DB.jpg S7300936.JPG in 3 weeks time I'll have a side tricep shot, and most muscular shots... By the way the lighting was poor and my girl would only take 6 pick for me. Still around the same weight.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | got the friggin flew this week. Aches and pain fever its not good. My appitite is no different but I feel more hungry that I've cut out the Starchy and dirty carbs. Protein intake is 180-220gs ED. Have some more pics early next week. ( almost 13 weeks left...
