keep your weight down some in the offseason and your waist will be just fine! politics is part of the game pete, you just have to make sure your at your best cause thats all that YOU can control, muscle wise you should have slaughtered everyone up there in those pics, you just need to bring the conditioning.

I'm keeping my off-season weight no higher than 205, easier to diet down from.. For now, I'll enjoy my lighter self for abit..

Man you almost had it... it was condititioning that got you. if you had an extra week you would have killed them... you know what you got to do now. Your chest and arms were clearly better than everyone else. Couldn't tell much on other parts. You got it man. I know you will kill em

I have afew more, different angles.. Like I said, I'm sending you a check for next year's show prep..

Trick D: Yeah, I think I may have had too much sugar and didn't pump up enough, so maybe I spilled over abit.. Also, I don't think I pumped up enough..

There's alot of things that went into my placing, but it's hard to say there wasn't a slight bit of politics in there as well..
