Man I tried do a 50 rep set today and pretty much died..lol. Got to about 25 and just about puked. Don't know how the hell you make 100. You must be part robot.

ok pete you know your my boy thats why i will refuse to post in this thread unless its the GOD honest truth!

you need to be very aggressive with the diet! i consider myself fat right now and i have you beat by a long shot in the leaness department, im saying this so you won't do like i have done in the past and get too relaxed, you will shred bodyfat quick in certain area's but if you are to get peeled hams and glutes then bro you need to kick it up a notch, Im not sure about how far your out as you stated earlier that you just started the diet, so im hoping your atleast 20-16 weeks out, I am glad you posted the video so we can give an honest opinion. im not telling you this thinking im better than you, im telling you this cause i just made this mistake at nationals, some parts take time to dial in and if your already holding a good amount of fat then its all the harder to bring the stubborn parts in.. I WANT YOU ****ING SHREDDED FOR THIS SHOW, cause your potential is downright freaking scary, a guy with your size and your waist will be hard to beat if your peeled.

I trust your opinion more than anyone elses, so I'm not in the least offended, brother.. I'm actually alittle over 8wks out, I'm just pounding protein and broccoli like there's no tomorrow.. My carbs are low now, real low 'cause I gotta get my body burning this crap on the bellybutton.. I'll post a full body video on my day off, just keep poppin' in to keep me on my shit!

Had no energy all day, low carbs can do that.. I can still barely chew, but there's always eggwhites to eat.. So, I mushed eggwhites like an old man with no teeth, and drank whey shakes with natty peanut butter..

how often are the carbups? every weekend? just be sure to up the carbs 1-3 days (depending on you) to ignite the metabolism!

damn pete i sure wish you would have called me when you decided to do this show, i would have got you peeled free of charge (one time only...LOL). so here is some free advice for ya, if your going to go no carb, then make protein 2x bodyweight and carb up every weekend (all day saturday and most of sunday cutting carbs off at about 5pm sunday) you can drop protein down slightly during these days and keep fat low for the carb up days.... low glycemic carbs perfered although at the beginning of the diet you could have had some bad carbs at first, the leaner you get the more frequent you may need to have the carb up days... but we will cross that bridge when we get there! i hope you take this advice as you will see a big difference in the fat loss, don't get too caught up in the scale as the carb up days will fill you back out and add a pound or two here and there! you will probaly have to play with the carb amounts, for you i will give a range of about 400 - 600 saturday and probably 300 more on sunday, actually this first time you may opt for the higher end of about 600 or so on saturday.
