Default Contest prep - my diet log

Just to keep a track of myself I am going to maintain a diet log and will try to update it as frequently as possible. NYC has been very helpful in getting me on track. I still have to fine tune this more so I will do so in days to come. If I do get the time to calculate macros i will do so.


9am - 1.5 whole chicken breast + 3 tsps tomato dressing + 1 whole cooked salmon fillet

11 am - handful of peanuts and 1/4 cup of almonds

1 pm - Shredded beef dry cooked - 2 whole cups + non starchy veggies 1 cup stir fried in macadamia oil

3 30 pm 50g isopure protein in water + 1/4 cup almonds

5 30 pm 4 tsps natural peanut butter + 1/2 cup steamed brocolli

7 30 pm 50g isopure in water - post w/o

8 15pm 2 cans of tuna + 1 tsp mayo + handful of cut zucchini

9 45pm 1 whole can (3 servings of braised asparagus + 1/3 cup almonds + 5 egg whites straight out of can

1 am - 25g isopure protein


Supplementation
5 flax oil caps pre bed 3 flax oil caps pre workout
3g of Vit c X 2 times a day am/pm (prebed)
50mg zinc prebed
10g of BCAA preworkout

ahhh brotha glad you could watch over ... i am going by palumbo's guidelines, still quite a while away but i want to stay at a constant bf% and work towards gradually drying out and increased density.

9:00 am 50g isopure 4 Big ass spoons of natty PB

11:00am 10oz steak with dry sauteed onions

1:00pm 8oz beef + big salad with lettuce and brocolli

2:30pm 15oz shredded beef + 3 handfuls of almonds shaved

5:00pm 50g isopure protein

8pm: 1 cup of salmon + 1/2 cup of walnuts dry

12 34 am 2 whole cups of salmon

12 50am to 1 20 am Cardio

1 45 am 50g isopure protein + 3 tsps flax oil + vit c and all my night time supps.
