DB press 3 x8 and 1 x 2 65lbs, 75lbs, 85lbs.... 100lbs x 2 DB side raise 3 x 10 20lbs, 25lbs, 30lbs Cable front raise 4 x 10 40lbs each set Rear delt machine 4 x 10 with 3 drop sets 135lbs, 150lbs, 165lbs, 180lbs..150lbs x 8, 135lbs x 8, 90lbs x 10 Supserset: Facepulls with DB side delt raise 3 x 10 Facepulls: 100lbs DB side: 10lbs work out drink: 1 scoop EAA + 6 scoops Xtend |

| IMPC Contestant | Got a very nice leg workout in today. My legs are beat and shaking like a leaf! lol Warm up Leg ext 3 x 8 with 255lbs.. felt cocky today. Leg press 3 x 8-10 1000lbs, 1100lbs, 1200lbs, and 1300lbs x 2 Box squats 4 x 8 315lbs, 315lbs, 405lbs, 425lbs.. only got 4 with this 1 leg ext 4 x 10.. each leg 60lbs, 75lbs, 90lbs, 100lbs Seated calf raise 2 x 10 90lbs Standing calf raise 2 x 10 300lbs Cardio 20min on treadmill... legs were to dang beat to do cardio. lol work out drink: 1 scoop EAA + 6 scoops Xtend |

Pull downs 3 x 8 180lbs, 200lbs, 220lbs Seated row 3 x 8 100lbs, 150lbs, 200lbs Rack pulls 3 x 8 315lbs, 405lbs, 495lbs, 585lbs x 2 Cable low rows 4 x 10 190lbs each set Rear delt fly super set with hammer rows 150lbs 3 x 10 225lbs 3 x 10 Abs 3 x 30 work out drink: 1 scoop EAA + 6 scoops Xtend Back is going to be sore tomorrow for sure.. Those rack pulls are a killer. |

| IMPC Contestant | Set a new personal record today on Incline bench and incline DB press. Felt amazingly strong today so I went for it. Incline Smith machine press 4 x 8 225lbs, 275lbs, 305lbs, 315lbs.. 365lbs x 2! new pr Incline DB press 4 x 8 75lbs, 85lbs, 100lbs, 120lbs.. new pr Cable flys 6 x 10.. high, med and low positions 50lbs, 60lbs, 70lbs 2 sets high, 2 sets med and 2 sets low Felt VERY pumped and hard, loved todays workout. Workout drink: 1 scoop EAA + 6 scoops Xtend Cardio 30min |

| IMPC Contestant | Today was a arm workout from hell. Busted biceps and triceps to hell and back. A lot of exercises and heavy weight today. Biceps Alt DB curl 4 x 8 40, 45, 50, 55 Close grip ez bar curl 4 x 8 65lbs each set DB hammer curls 3 x 8 35, 40, 45 Cable curls 4 x 8 100, 110, 130, 150 Biceps were toasted... Triceps DB over head ext 4 x 8 90, 100, 120, 130 Press downs 4 x 10 190lbs each set Rev grip press downs 4 x 10 120lbs each set Overhead rope cable ext 3 x 8 100, 110, 120 During workout drink: 1 scoop EAA + 6 scoops Xtend Cardio: 30min My arms are sore and feel hard and tight. Willing to bet I am sore as hell tomorrow. Normally i dont do this much but there were 3 of us training and we kept pushing each other, challenging each other... and yes talking smack. lol |

No strength at all today, I am very sore and hurt all over... got a dang chest cold! It hurts like hell to cough, my energy is low and all i want to do is sleep. But i did manage to get a workout in. Shoulders Standing DB press 3 x 10 50, 60, 70 BB2K DB side raise 3 x 10 10, 15, 20 Machine rear delt fly 3 x 10 160lbs each set Smith machine behind neck shoulder press 3 x 10 135lbs each set Abs 3 x 25 No cardio Pre workout drink: 3 scoops NO2 ( tried to get more energy lol) During workout drink: 6 scoops ORANGE Xtend.. taste was perfect but Apple is still my number one. Current weight: 205lbs |

She kinked my ass for sure... later we all are having drinks ![]() Smith machine press rear 3 x 10 185, 205, 225 Smith machine press front 3 x 10 185, 225, 225 DB side raise 3 x 10 25lbs each set DB front raise 3 x 10 25lbs each set Arnold presses 3 x 15 25lbs each set Rear delt fly 4 x 10 105, 120, 135, 150 That was it, my shoulders were toasted. I felt sickly but pushed through. Thanks to Helen and Samoangirl for a killer workout. |
