Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Yikes. I don't know. I'm scared because I've never cut up before I don't know where I am or what to expect. If my fat loss continues as it has then I'm in the good, but getting single digits never seems to just slide in just like everything else. ![]() Definately happy with my effort, just don't know if I'll have enough time. Current plan is to come in at 172 @ 7%, only time will tell.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | i'm sure everyone will make improvement. Even if the physical change isn't the best, every contestant will have learned a ton about their training, diet, and normal responses to the many variables involved with the lifestyle. Each year gets better, cleaner and more efficient. Can't wait to see the results (all whom are involved).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I know what you mean about never being happy. In a way that is good, you have hunger that wont fade. But I mean, are you happy with the progress you have made so far? 6 weeks out now and im anxiously awaiting to see everyone's last progress updates.
