Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I'm just going to post occasional posing routines I think. This is from the arnold classic (I think 2002). What's important when you watch a posing routine is not the routine it's self, but what the competitor is doing as he approaches the 'mandatory poses'. If you watch enough routines you will see that they ALL go about each pose the same way. There is a method to approaching the pose to properly accentuate the muscles and keep good form. For example with the double bi pose it's almost like you're making a scooping motion upwards while flexing your bicep (or at least concentrating on it). Remember that your ENTIRE body should be flexed and tight in ALL of the poses! Good luck everyone! Posing can make or break you in the novice and open divisions of the impc.

| Incognito | Great clips Skelooth, thanks for posting. I may be the only one out here, but damn, having striations in your ass is a bit overboard to me. :scared1: I like the old time muscle of some like a Sergio, big, broad, some of the widest shoulders I've seen, and not overly ripped. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | We gotta remember that bodybuilders as a whole have made huge advances in training techniques, nutrition, and unfortunately drugs. I actually agree on many levels that the oldschool bodybuilders were MUCH more aesthetically pleasing... but I can not help but marvel at the current giants at the top of the IFBB. This is why I like cutler so much. There's something about him that is very presentable despite being a genetic freak
