Forgot to say that I got this a few days ago.

Once I get my lazy butt back into the habit of doing cardio again, I plan on logging a few comments.

Had one scoop of FocusXT this morning in 8 oz water... was a little granular and pretty good flavor. I think I'll mix it up with more water next time and try out some variations before I write up a review.

Would there be any problem with something like 2 scoops in 20 oz water?

2 scoops is alot of caffeine. Not advisable to do at one time.

As far as mixing per scoop, you can mix it with however much water u feel u need to.
