Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | First a few gallons of water and a shower then.... 10 White Castle Cheeseburgers 1 order of onion rings 5 pieces of cheesecake Dinner was decent (chicken, beans and corn) Today is 100% clean but I am forcing some more cheesecake tonight to get the crap out my house. I can't just throw it away.

Later: As I said I'm making pizza I also have some no-sugar added reduced fat Eddy's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (that stuff is good) Tomorrow morning, cardio for 40 minutes and back on a diet resembling my diet 4 weeks out from the contest So far I haven't lost any vascularity or definition at all, I haven't bothered to weight myself. I've been drinking lots of water and Coke Zero.

It looked like I was pregnant, and hell i'm bloated as I type this right now. I'm still thinking of finishing off the 2 slices of pizza that I have left in the fridge. But I think my post contest binge is pretty much over. My stomach is in pain from all the forced food. Never again am I gonna binge this bad. ![]()

I had the shakes bad last night after my big Italian meal from the carbs, my poor little pancreas isn't use to all this abuse. I was jacked up all night and didn't actually go to bet until 2:30 am, then I woke up with a splitting headache, i was still dehydrated and all the carbs must have given me a carb hangover. I'm just now starting to smooth out a bit... it sucks. Back to cardio tomorrow morning and whey and tuna. Only 3 days until the next big cheat fest... THANKSGIVING, for us Americans. You crazy Canucks already had your turkey.
