Let's just say that my stomach wasn't thanking me after all that.
I fell asleep a couple times due to the insulin crashes from all the junk sugar.
I was bloated yesterday from 12:00PM(When I started) to 2:30AM(bedtime). It looked like I was pregnant, and hell i'm bloated as I type this right now.

I'm still thinking of finishing off the 2 slices of pizza that I have left in the fridge. But I think my post contest binge is pretty much over. My stomach is in pain from all the forced food.

Never again am I gonna binge this bad.

OMFG!!! That looks exactly like what I ate yesterday!!

Damn... well, I just learned it was a misprint and they aren't having a Pro division at the show in KC in May. So.... It's back to October for my next competiton.

Now, I'm really going to have to think what I can do.....

Oh... after 16 weeks of chicken, rice, and sweet potatoes, and brocolli.... Pizza is my friend.

That's okay, I had a big chicken burrito for lunch, well technically I had half for lunch and half for dinner. I could have eaten the whole thing for lunch, but I decided I need to ease into bulk mode, not dive in stomach first. I ate totally clean yesterday and I will eat totally clean tomorrow. 45 minutes of cardio this morning and 45 minutes tomorrow. I'll be cutting back on cardio after thanksgiving, down to two HIIT sessions each week, and the pushing of big weights will begin.... P/RR/S style.

EME, that sucks about your show man. I don't think you can keep bulking at your current pace straight on until the summer... lol. Well, I guess you could, but then you'd have to cut for 8 months like I did for the IMPC!!!
