Did old rook's with the baseball bat win??? It wasn't too original, not that I could do better at all, but that is from and old Bo Jackson baseball card!!! Just wondering if that is where he got it from.

Yes, I had mentioned earlier that is where I got the idea. I still think Bo is one of the best athletes I have ever seen, so I wanted to kind of do a little tribute. I couldn't get a hold of any shoulder pads though. I decided to go with the rear biceps shot because I feel that is my best pose right now until I get a little more lean.

I want to thank Average Joe's and Sholiz (and your gym friends) for the prizes. I was suprised when I got online today and saw the rankings from the four judges.

Also, congratulations to all the competitors and thanks for the positive comments. I was really impressed by both the creative ideas everyone came up with and the progress everyone has been making.

As I mentioned before, this was really neat to have in between everyone's May and June update pictures. And I look forward to the future "mini-contests".
