Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | So far, I have not missed a workout, but have not been doing my legs because of overused hip flexors (teaching too many groupfit classes) My physio has recommended rest, ice and stretching ...I am on a 3 day split..trying to build my lats, my weakest muscle group, aside from legs. Hopefully, with a month off legs, I can come back with my leg workouts stronger next month...Keep your fingers crossed for me ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Last month was bad but I got back on the ball about 2.5 weeks ago with working out and 10 days ago with diet. I try not to beat myself up about how much better I would have done if I'd been consistent and focus on the future instead. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I have heard a lot of advice over the years about staying on track. Where I think a lot of folks lose their committment to nutrition and exercise is they give up after a few slip-ups or setbacks. You might be a little off track at times, but if you stay close you can still make it to your goal. Anyway, with that said, my nutrition hasn't been great, but my cardio has been more consistent. The biggest problem is my tendinitis in my shoulder. We have been training chest a ton lately and my shoulder has paid the price. I got a new bench max at 315 and just needed a nudge to get 325 up, but I probably pushed too hard and will need to scale back for a little while.
