CONTESTANTS: PLEASE READ!

I have noticed that not many people have been keeping up with their IMPC logs and pictures. I know that many of you are busy, but an update every now and then wouldn't hurt. I greatly thank the people who are donating prizes for the winner. I think that we all owe it to them to work on our logs and update things more often. It only take a couple minutes to put in a workout log post. :shizzle:

I don't mean to be the bad guy here. This is just a friendly reminder! :bb:

The judges will have to discuss this, so I won't comment as yet.

However, I suggest that everyone who is serious about the competition, get with the program and keep posting your updates.

We have some good prizes for the winners, and with all the new sponsors the forum is getting, there are bound to be bigger and better ones to come.

Keep working and improving! January will be here before you know it.
