| Soldier In Progress | Contestant #19 - Vanwilder Name: van --> vangelis Height: 5' 10" Weight: 208 Bodymass Ratio (Weight / Height in Inches): with 208 it is 2.97 Bodyfat Percent: no idea, im thinking 15-17%? i see abs Years Training: 1.5 Goals through Competition: im not entirely sure when this is going to, but i heard 6 months, so till the end of summer i will gain weight untill im about 215 lbs, i wil do a clean bulk for about 3-4 of the months, and try to get to a max of 225 lbs, i still need to be fit to be able to play sports. if i start to look 2 "fat" i will cut sooner. the overal goal is to be about 210 10-12% body fat. Supplements through Competition: protein, bcaa's, creatine eventually, ephedrine, caffien, possibly glutamine, glucosamine, and arginine, orthidine(spelling i know) stack.
