Thanks bro. I do have fun up there.
You work so hard to get to that point, you might as well have fun with your short time on stage. You should definitely get up on stage someday when you are ready.

Unfortunately the lighting in the second two videos sucks, but you get the idea. Video camera + bad lighting = no detail. The lighting in the first video is better.. but I weighed about 145 lbs in that one! LOL

Just announced,

The 1st Place winner in each division will receive the following engraved Neil's Anderson Trophies courtesy of MichaelandKendra.com

Each of the trophies below is 16 - 17" tall and will come with an engraved plaque featuring the winners name and placing.

Novice Men's Bodybuilding and Open Men's Bodybuilding 1st place winners will receive the following trophy:

The Women's Bodybuilding 1st place winner will receive the following trophy:

The Figure 1st Place winner will receive the following trophy:

The Most Improved Physique winner will receive the Men's Bodybuilding trophy above if they are a man, or their choice between the Female Bodybuilding or Figure Trophies above if they are a woman.

The rest of the top 5 in each division will also recieve very nice sculpted trophies, but the special trophies above will be presented to the winners.

So you better BRING IT, if you want one of those Neils Anderson trophies. I think the competition is going to be fierce this year!

Would Applied Nutriceuticals's IGF-2 be considered a "hormonal supplement" and therefore knock me out of the Novice?

The opening was great. and in the 3rd one, you looked hugeeeee and the guy next to you was shredded, his abs were insaneee!!! great stuff EME!
