I second guessing if I want to do this or not after taking my pictures, my posing sucks, I'm very white, got gyno, and I'm fat...

You can use your current journals, or start a new IMPC Journal in the Journal section. Journals are definitely encouraged, but not required, and will not affect the judging in any way.

I commend all of you for having the guts and willpower to make a change in your lives. Everyone starts with what God gave to them (of course a lot of us abused that as well), but you need to start somewhere. I would love to join you all, but I'm afraid that I may not make all the rules/deadlines. I've signed up with Mike as well and am really excited to start a new 12 week program. Sorry that I really don't have a lot of time to come here, hence my poor thread count, but I will try and support all of you. Best of luck to all of you. :hellyea:
