Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | Hahaha, looking through the contestests pictures has made me a little nervous I must say. I'll get my pictures up for novice/most improved in the next few days and then I'll be a ghost for a month until finals are over. After that it's time to shred up. ![]() I'll be the only guy competing in novice coming from 20%+ BF !

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 61 | I've always admired your courage to post underwear pics, skel. You're looking great in your recent pics. The thing that dissapoints me is that I was about 12% BF before I started bulking and I swore I wouldn't let myself get above 15%. Well, my body just loves packing on the fat and does so quite efficiently in any caloric surplus. Fortunately, I also do put on the muscle mass quite easily as well, so along with the 15 lbs of fat I slammed on, I also have about 10-15 lbs of LBM to my credit. My legs were twigs before my bulk, a very sad 21", and now they are an almost respectable 23.5". That's my best improvement. I'll be competing in the novice division. I'm not sure about the whole shaving down and tanning required for the end, but I guess I'll have to figure it out. I just don't want to walk around at work like a freak after doing a really bad tan job on myself. Probably have my pics up on Thursday. It is soooo on. |

I don't recommend using only Dream Tan for actual competitions where you have to be there for hours, because dream tan never really dries, so it will rub off and smudge, but in a case like this where you only need to be tan for the pictures, it's perfect. The color looks very good and you don't need to use any oil because it has it's own sheen. - EME
