I had all these great intentions of keeping a journal and posting more but I have failed in that... oh well The Good news is in the 14 weeks I have made some progress (you may not see it! ) The fitness contest I am involved with at work is half way over and they did the mid term assesments....at first I got on the scale and almost cried...my weight was up 10 pounds....I am now 225! But then they did measurements and body fat....of course the measurments were up but my body fat dropped from 19.6 to 16.8!!! So I guess I have been doing something right! Weight is up but body fat is down!! oh and today I made another goal....I did 3 dips unassisted for the first time in my life!!!! Here are the pics...the first two dont count but I like them the best :P |

I think a bunch of us have the intention of keeping a good journal and never seem to "find" the time. For me, I realize it's a necessity at this point and will be starting mine this week as well.
