Missed last month's pics

but I am still here!!! I am still working on getting consistent with my WOs and diet. Also still trying to get my thyroid issues under control but overall the past few weeks I have felt a bit better and averaged 3 days a week WOs as well as getting the lifting back in my routine on a more consistent basis...feels good!

Next goal is to get up to 5 days of WOs and tighten up the diet more. As you can see from the pics, I haven't made any visible progress

Weight is about the same too, but I have noticed a slight drop in bodyfat and more importantly, I feel like I am getting stronger and I am encouraged...this next month is going to be my month!

I threw the last pic in from some I took just for me...I was excited that I could actually see some muscle that is still under there! Can't wait to unwrap it from the fat!! :p

You and I are in the same boat, I too missed July, we have to make up for our loss by putting in the extra effort!

Chris and I missed July as well; we didn't feel we'd worked to our best in July, so decided to take the hit and not post.

Good for you for sticking to it, DawnMarie! I COMPLETELY understand about thyroid issues, they do indeed suck! It's really awesome to read about your excitement and dedication.
