I have many 4,000+ calorie days, yet I'm still sitting around 150-151lbs. My new roommate works at a coffee shop and brings home tons of bagels, so I've been eating 3-4 of those a day to help get some extra calories/carbs in. | |

Aesthetics and conditioning are what I'm counting on for this contest. Luckily I hold my weight well, and bodybuilding isn't about how much you weigh, it's about how you look. Quote:
