I didnt see a down load so I assume we post without it.

I am holding nicely at 204lbs the last 2 cuts diets i did i ended up 180lbs and 185lbs but this time i am staying 200+ which i awesome!

I am still having a lot of trouble getting the last few pounds of fat off, i am doing cardio for 60min everyday and sometimes twice a day when i can. I must be getting to old to cut. lol

One more month! It's on!

Like you said, just the lower abs left pretty well. I find it seems like I'm not losing any then BAM, it all falls off at once.

Time for me to run off and do some more cardio!
