as i sit here eating greenbeans, chicken and almonds... i think of the fun it was last year. I know i can do it, i just cant believe how bad i let myself get. I thought i could cheat on my diet here and there but it turned out i was cheating everyday! long road ahead of me. but i will be the 2008 champ.

I know exactly what you are saying! I started my weight loss journey in October and got the bug within weeks of starting to get hot & buff and compete...I'm on my way but it has been tough to eat clean! I'm looking forward to the day I get to see how I look when my body is ready to step on stage!

You know what to do, and I know you've done it before and CAN do it...cuz your avi looks fabulous!

thanks for the support. It really means a lot. I have other pics that are way better than that one, my wife loves the one of me with nothin on but a towel in front of my winky. I was offered a few modeling jobs after last years IMPC but they were all nudes. Sorry, nobody sees my winky but the wife. Maybe this time around i will get another offer but cleaner pix.

Last year SC came to my gym here in Independence, MO to bring me milk and oreo cookies. What a ghey bob.

yes it will be for sure. it will be a tad harder for me this year with my job, i work in the heat all day long and do a lot of walking for keeping size will be hard. eating on time will be to.
