I took these last Friday. Not much progress. I tried to do my best with the bad shoulder.

I think you've still got plenty of time to recover and make some great progress. I'm just now getting back into the gym after losing 20lbs to pneumonia so I know how you're feeling with your shoulder injury.

i know what you're going through with that shoulder. I had BOTH of mine operated on. It hurts like all hell to. But with time and determination you will be rockin the house again! Keep up the great work!
