Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | More or less fully carb depleted again. I can't wait to see my final pics! Didn't miss a single training session even with the ligament tear in my ankle which is 99% better now. I'll be starting Jiu Jitsu up again right away here. In the meantime I've been getting extra cardio from fiberglassing a sub box in the trunk of my 03 Cavalier. Man it's messy work. I've always had lagging lifts on my shoulders so I switched them to first thing Monday and my lifts have been increasing a lot. Loving it. None of my other lifts seem to be affected either and my lifts are still going up while cutting. I'll be upping the cardio for the last month here. No point risking giving BB2K a win! 1. Front Relaxed Pose 2. Left Quarter Turn, Relaxed Pose 3. Rear Facing Relaxed Pose 4. Right Quarter Turn Relaxed Pose 5. Front Double Bicep

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | Lats are looking really broad, they're tying into your waist which is great. Definitely keep pounding on the shoulders(traps too) and I think it'll give you a much more powerful look. As always, legs are sick.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 42 | wow looking badass bro! impressive! when doing a side chest, the arm that is farthest away from camera that hand needs to be ON TOP of your flexing bicep arms wrist. that way you push up with your arm like your curling and that gives resistance making your bicep flex even more. |

Last month I had another huge one dawn on me. "Left quarter turn" means quarter of a 360, therefore completely sideways! For some reason I always thought it was like a 45 degree turn and all my past pics show that! Man that would have been embarrassing on a real stage! ![]()
