The locks on my truck keep freezing...

and I don't know that using the de-icer stuff would be good long term. Any other solutions?

I live in IL. I used the lock de-icer once, and that seems to have done the trick for a while...

de-icer really shouldnt affect it all that much but in long terms if it does it really aint that costly to replace it all.... and the replacement itself is not hard just depends on the door frame..
