Here are my October pics. I fell off the wagon in September as I got the flu and didn't really care about eating right or going to the gym for about two weeks. But hey, these things happen. I can bust it out for the next month. Now if I could only get some sleep....

Glad you're feeling better and way to go getting back on track!

You've made some great changes and I'm sure you'll see more if you keep that great attitude - only one more month to go!

Just for the numbers, I went shopping today and bought some new pants. Size 10 - I've gone down 3-4 pant sizes since starting this, and I bought a sweater in size medium. I can't remember the last itme I wore a medium anything.
