And coming in at the last minute -- me!

I'm not sure how I feel about these. I've been sticking to the diet (mostly) and working out several times a week or more as I can (that's about to change to just about every day), but the scale hasn't moved in at least a month (except for the brief day at 167). I'll have to try to step it up a bit when I start going in the mornings.

Anyways...the pics are a bit dark, but here they are!

Your making good progress even if you can't tell. You look like you've added muscle the replace the fat so that's probably why the scale isn't showing much. Weight loss isn't as good an indicator as bf%. I think you have a lot to be proud of already so keep it going!

The pictures aren't the greatest, either. It was dark outside, so didn't have a lot of light, and I'm standing pretty close to the camera (closer than I was in the other pics). Next month, other than shedding everything (!), I'll make sure the pictures are taken in more ideal conditions.
