WifeofPsychoholic - Final IMPC MIP Pics

This has definitely been a hard goal to reach. I've completely slacked off the last several weeks; getting to bed after 10pm and trying to get up at 4am to hit the gym didn't happen very often, but I stuck to my diet and made it to the gym when I could. I'm moderately happy with the success I made; I feel I could have made more, but I know what I'm getting myself into for next year. I'll definitely keep up with the diet and exercise; I've had many people compliment me over the IMPC months, and it's a nice thing to have happen!

So, here goes!

You've made great progress and so glad you made it to the end!! :clapping: all those compliments are well deserved, you've come a long way and you look fabulous! Try not to beat yourself up with would've/could've (I did this too), be proud of what you have accomplished and just think how far you can go now from this new, improved starting point.

Nice work. DJohnson makes a great point...you're learned a ton this year and applying that to the future will give you an incredible amount of satisfaction.

Congrats on finishing out the contest when so many others dropped off!

I'm not complaining about what I've been able to accomplish. Years of dieting hadn't done as much as I was able to do on the IMPC. It was definitely a learning experience, and I plan on taking those "lessons learned" onward. Yes, there's a bit of "wish I could have done more," but I accept the changes I was able to make.
