Where's the BEEF?

I noticed nobody has posted pics yet... WTH? Are we all waiting on each other now? lol I think we should all wait until November to post our final pics, I think its a great idea, but up to the powers that be. Sup MODS? Can we all wait until November to post our final pics and not have to post Octobers? Doesnt really make a BIG difference but i think it would be cool to "wonder" how each other is doing.

Us Canadians have thanksgiving on Oct. 8th here. Tommorow I'm having an early thanksgiving dinner. I'll do pretty well but I'll make sure I get 10x my daily salt intake.

Just as good as not taking pictures.

Just a sample of whats to come in November. I will hit 3% most likely, getting very close. Diet is up to date with the new changes, training is kicking ass, cardio is dead on.... damn this is fun! I love cutting!

Good thing I am in the female division, I will never be as lean as some of you are and have been for since day 1!
