As for Shred Hardcore I personally am out. I mega dose the normal Shred-XS and works well. By the time I get it and to you it will be to late for the comp.

You are shaping up nicely bro, big difference from last month, and there's still 5 weeks to go. I've never tried the prep H... I still have a little bit of flab to lose on my gut, but my lower ab deficiency is genetic. As you may know, the rectus abdominus is one muscle ; the separation in the abs comes from bands of connective tissue... I just lack prominent bands in the lower ab region. To make matters worse, my top abs on the right side have an incomplete separation... so the actually look fused. Like I said, abs are not my showpiece. What is my showpiece?... well, I can't post pictures of it, but it is massive.

I totally agree this years winners are definitely going to deserve it. This year is really going to set quit the bar for future IMPC's. I more than likely will not be in it next year as its obvious I need to take some time to concentrate on getting some size on but you may see me much bigger in the future.

Bro I plan on bulking and not talking lean. I ain't scared of fat obviously and continual cuts just prolongs the mass I desire. Don't count me out but I highly doubt it. I am so easily persuaded so we'll see. I am now thinking I will be about 205 cut up. Thats 20lbs more than last year which is great but I need to be around 240 cut for my frame to look like you fellas.

Oh pics tomorrow. We feel lazy tonight.

Like SC, I am going to take the next two years off from any kind of competing. I need to gain more size and I can't do it effectively by only bulking for 6-7 months a year.

I'm also way too lazy tonight to take and post pics. And, unfortunately, I am totally sober. It was tempting to have a beer today though. I was at my sister's place and she ordered pizza and there was beer. Part of me was like 'one slice and a beer won't do any damage...' , but the competitor in me wouldn't let it happen; I ate the brown rice and ground turkey I brought (refeed today) and drank my diet mountain dew. I am fantasizing about that post-contest binge though... it's gonna rule. :mango:
