hehehe a FOKI slam is when she grabs you by the back of your head by the hair and yanks you down to the ground VERY HARD. It ends up a head slam more than anything. lol

TeineSamoa hit 155lbs x 3 on BB bench press last night!! wooo hooo!!

She also hit 600lbs x 10 on leg press!!
