Doing some heavy workouts. For some reason I feel that if I cut down on the weight training and just do cardio, I might lose my muscles.

I live in Puerto Rico. The sun is not forgiving. We have been going to the pool about twice a week, at least. My natural color is the April one, though.LOL

Way to go on your progress there! I always said to DF from the beginning of IMPC 2006 - This girl has tons of potential...I can see it! You've got some solid muscle there GF...can't wait to see your progress these coming months...I can tell the transformation is gonna be spectacular!! :gogo:

I was born in Chile, SA..raised in Canada since the age of 2...parents made me speak Spanish at home. I'm glad they did!
