Doing some heavy workouts. For some reason I feel that if I cut down on the weight training and just do cardio, I might lose my muscles.

I live in Puerto Rico. The sun is not forgiving. We have been going to the pool about twice a week, at least. My natural color is the April one, though.LOL

I was born in Chile, SA..raised in Canada since the age of 2...parents made me speak Spanish at home. I'm glad they did!
