Default Stonecoldtruth's June MIP

This month was a crazy one, and it led to a plateau of sorts. First I gained, then lost, then gained, then lost, then ended up at the same weight as last month but I think maybe with a tad of fat gain.

However, this next month is balls to the wall. I have TWO triathlons coming up in the next two weeks and then an extreme cut coming up.

I was wondering where this was!! I think everyone is doing last minute this month!!

Hate plateaus and the yoyo scale!! That is what makes me want to quit all of the time!! So I am so glad I have this to keep me on track and just keep going.

This time of year is hard on everyone! So hang in there you will do outstanding!

The yoyo'ing and all of that was my own fault, but I'm ok with it this month. The wife and I bought our FIRST HOUSE this past month.. because of that the month was busy with packing, moving, unpacking, etc and so on. On top of that we've been doing full time babysitting of our 2 nieces and 1 nephew and all the while trying to find a full time day job (right now working nights), training for a triathlon, and getting ready for the upcoming school term.. *FAINT*

So yeah, this month all I have to do is eat, lift, run, sleep, repeat.
