Caution: My posing wasn't my usual today because I was rushing to get the pics done. I didn't flex all muscles properly everytime but I hope you can see through different poses how lean I am getting. Also I hope that you can see the improvement I am making even though I didn't flex properly everytime. Next month I should be back to focusing everytime I pose.

After reviewing my pics this month several times I am pretty ticked off at these pictures and I forgot the entry photo page so I will retake the pic back at the barracks. Computer at home is down so I have to do it at the library.

I just don't like the pics and think they accurately represent where i am. My rear delts are in and I can see the line on my hamstrings from the side poses and when I walk around not in the gym.

Don't get too wrapped up in the pics bro. One thing I learned with this contest last year was that you'll never capture all your detail with these amateur pics. Even after I spent two days on the lighting for my final pics last year, they still didn't show all the detail I could see in real life. Only a pro photog can make you look as good, or better, than real life.

You look awesome. Good luck on the show you're doing in Oct... you're sure to kick ass.

Thanks. I will remember that. I will now have to try and hold my condition for 4 weeks

I am 11 percent for my age according to the 7 point calipers test and less than 7 percent if I was 19yrs old.
