Thanks for the kind words. Genetics ??? Thats the first time I have heard that. I have been weak point training for the past 14 months. I plan to continue... no trash talking implyed.

Thanks DF, you and P2000 have always been there with the support. What I plan to do is get shredded.

No stat updates- only pics matter
No fluff
Reduce weak points
Get shredded and bigger.
