Definitely a lot leaner than last month. Kill it these last few weeks.

Has this years cutting experience given you a new appreciation for staying lean while bulking up? I managed to stay leaner this year than on my '05-'06 bulk, but I still feel I didn't stay lean enough. I'm bulking for 2 years solid after this IMPC, so I will really focus on staying lean and adding mass slow. You're doing an extended bulk after this too, right?

I won't be going calorie crazy this time. I will eat a bit over maintenance but not 1000 over anymore. Honestly I don't mind some fat to much. I seen to lift stronger and feel better with it. I aint talking huge gutness but in the low teens percentage wise will probably be what I stick with. This time I obviously had/have alot more fat to cut and dieting this long sucks ass. But my main goal is to get back in the gym and lift heavy and have fun. If once in awhile we have pizza or something that is fine but I won't be making any bad habits that will be hard to break.

You're not too far from being cut up, it's just that last little bit. You definitely added some quality muscle this year.

And yeah, this year I'm definitely not bulking so hard too.

I hate the under the naval pudge thingy. Hard as hell to get rid of.

Honestly its hard to focus on the future to much. All I can think about is Nov 10th White Castle crave case with cheese, onion rings, coke (diet of course) LMAO. Then dessert later if I can move.
