yeah drop the glasses old man! lol I tried contacts but it took 45min to get just 1 in my eye! cant do contacts, eyes dont like fingers poking them.

I tried them when I was a teenager and that was my experience. They are supposed to be easier somehow so we shall see. I am probably going to get the lazer next year and be done with it, money permitting.

Hey Tim! Pictures look great. You have some really impressive leg development for a guy as tall as yourself -- they are my weakest area, and I'm encouraged to see that a tall guy can bring them up. The comparison from July till now is amazing -- you should be a lock on MIP.

Remember, we're lean bulking now, right?

Thanks Tim and yes we are. I have binged enough this week I don't want anymore crap. Training is back on Sunday and the beginning of my next phase. I haven't totally ruled out a show in July.

i cant wait to hit the gym again, my back is 80% and i am going nucking futts sitting at home not training! i went from 185lbs to 200lbs pretty damn fast! lol I can still see abs but if i dont get in the gym soon these babies will go buh bye.

I can see em no prob but they are fading daily. Went today for Scouting for food (Boy Scouts) and bastards had Krsipy Kreme. I was weak today.

I have to say bro, you came in sliced and diced. When you came to visit me I could tell from your frame you have potential for sure, tall is alot harder but also has the advantage of being alot leaner (ripped). I would rather see a man ripped to the max, like you, than just big and low fat. You did a damn fine job bro! good luck! (you dont need luck though, you got it in the bag!)
